Zendesk Macro Set Multiline Text Field

By default, Zendesk macros are unable to set most custom fields, including multi-line text fields.  Due to popular demand for this feature, we have added the ability to set multiline text field via our Extended Macros app on the Zendesk marketplace.  The app is free to use and easy to set up.  For more information, see the app set up guide here.
